Privacy policy

Information you give us

The roof assessment form collects your name, phone number, email address, property address and the roof details you enter, plus any notes you add. We use it only to evaluate your roof and to contact you about your request. It is stored in our secure hosted database and is not sold, rented or shared for advertising.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used — pages viewed, whether the roof replacement cost calculator was used, and whether a visitor went on to submit an assessment request. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your approximate location, device and browser information, and the pages you view. Purposes are measurement and website improvement only. We do not upload your name, email or phone number to Google, and we do not use this data for ad targeting or ad optimization.

Visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked at all: analytics is switched off for those regions rather than asking for consent. If your region cannot be determined, analytics stays off.

Opting out

You can block analytics anywhere by using your browser's tracking-protection settings, blocking cookies, or installing Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking analytics does not affect the assessment form or the calculator.

Requesting access or deletion

Email support@vitalroofs.com or call (207) 387-9511 and we will confirm what assessment information we hold for you and delete it on request.

Third parties

Information passes through our website host and database provider, and through Google Analytics as described above. We do not use advertising pixels or customer-data uploads on this site.
